Francisco Trujillo
Assistant Pastor, Spanish Pastor
I was born in 1959 in Cuba and my life was miserable as a Medical Doctor I was a lost soul and hopeless sinner. I became a refugee in February 1995 at the age of 35. February the 11th was my first visit to a church in my entire life. On March 15, 1995, In Jacksonville, Florida, I repented of my sin and I came to Jesus in complete surrender, asking Him to forgive me all my sins, surrendering my life to Him as Lord and Savior. I followed the Lord in believers baptism at the Easter service that year. Two years later after intense discipleship, serving in church and immersed in the study of the Word of God, I surrendered my life to Jesus to be His servant and minister of His Gospel, responding to a clear call from Him. I was admitted to New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, Orlando extension in the Master degree program. Two years later I was called to be a Pastor of a Mission Church in Key west Florida, where we served for 4 years. I finished my degree at Conservative Theological Seminary in Jacksonville, Florida. I was called to be Assistant Pastor of the Hispanic church where I met the Lord Jesus as Savior, and served there for two years. After that, while a was serving and congregating at Trinity Baptist Church in Jacksonville, we responded to the call of Calvary Baptist Church in Melbourne, Florida to lead the Hispanic Ministry in 2008.
